5. Lubrication alarm
The pressure gauge replacement hydraulic bit zero:
(1). The switch of the pump drive motor due to overload trips, check the pump and motor, if necessary, replace the motor and pump;
(2). The pump relief valve is broken or not set correctly, check the relief valve be adjusted, if necessary, to be replaced;
(3). The pump suction filter clogging, the dissolution of the cleaning, replace if necessary;
(4). Pump oil absorption, cavitation, inspection, dismantling, check the oil-absorbing side screws on the pump, if necessary, tighten;
(5). Level below the pump suction port, refueling and pump and system oil as part of the exhaust.
The pressure gauge shows oil pressure is too high:
(1). Progressive distributor plug, remove the progressive distributor and, if necessary, cleaning, note that the Pistons are not interchangeable and must be installed in the original position;
(2). Downstream of the progressive distributor pipes get clogged, and respond to the pipe to check.
Time setting error:
(1). The total monitoring time for progressive distributor below the oil cycle, should be re-set;
(2). The progressive distributor and splitter movement indicates the sensing distance of the rod beyond the sensing range, sensing range of the proximity switch should be re-adjusted, not more than 1mm
(3). Progressive distributor on the proximity switch is damaged, inspect, and replace if necessary.

In order to ensure that the system of long-term safe and stable operation, we recommend to check the oil Lubrication equipment in accordance with the following requirements.
Damaged or not; oil spills or the liquid level is too low
According to the usage
Damaged or not; plugged; replace the parts if necessary
Damaged or not; leakage; replace the parts if necessary
