Rexroth DBDS6, DBDH6K, DBDS6K Pressure Relief Cartridge Valve PED 97/23/EC Tested

Model Rexroth DBDS6, DBDH6K, DBDS6K pressure relief cartridge valve are tested as per the standard of PED 97/23/EC, which the valve works as direct action type relief valve, it is used to limit the main system pressure with characteristics of fast response by direct adjustment.

The direct acting operated pressure relief valve plays main role of overflow for the constant pressure and safety protection, for the overflow effect of constant pressure, which is important to fixed displacement quantitative pump in throttle hydraulic system, when the system pressure increases, the flow demands will decrease. At this point the direct acting operated pressure relief valve opens, so that excess flow back to the tank, pressure oil from inlet P port to outlet pressure oil T port flowing to the system tank to release the high pressure and maintain the system in required pressure.

The direct acting operated pressure relief valve is used for remote relief valve for high-pressure multi-stage control valve for sequence stae, used to generate back pressure (string in the back of oil on the pipe) There are two structures of pressure relief valves: 1, direct action type relief valve. 2, pilot-type relief valve, the DBD type is direct acting operated pressure relief valve, which is usually for high pressure, low flow rate.
